Metro Group Services Pty Ltd have been operating within the New South Wales demographics for the past twenty years, going through a name change during the early part of the two thousands. Though the name may have been changed, the Executive and Junior Management teams have not, still insisting that the service being provided is unlike anything experienced previously. Within the Management ranks, we are pleased to state that the experience within the Security and Facilities Services of individuals exceeds thirty years. Managers are continually assisting the staff in upskills as the industry changes so does the methodology of training, in order to offer an impactive result on the staff and their service delivery to clients. Staff are proficient in Retail, Corporate, Industrial, Residential and Hospital service delivery and will continue to offer the service to all as required. Our company trainers are accredited Nationally and offer various modules to not only our own staff but employees of our clients, in order for them to obtain in some respect the issues faced with dealing with public, such as Disruptive Conduct, Fraudulent Credit Cards etc.
